Gotta love the sun devil pride!! ASU alum also here!
We need a pitchfork emoticon. Hint hint Eddie!
Never got a hold of the guy to ask. If i have some free time this weekend I may pull the bumper and take some measurements and start to figure something out with my welding friend. I have angle iron where I work but dont think it will be tall enough for the right coverage. I would just do the 1/8 plate and have it bent but no idea where to even go locally for that.
Any decent fab shop should be able to bend something like that. There is a nice little shop here that has a water saw and a good size brake that could put your 90 in it. All you need is the measurements.
Do you know of any shops in your area?
Actually picked up a piece of square tube but don't think it'll work like I planned, will need to be cut up a decent amount so I'm thinking no bumper and the evo mounts for a while
Agreed!!! Likin the slimer though. Great lookin rig!
Opinions on JKS sector shaft brace kit? Anyone know if they are necessary?
I don't think you'll need one if you have steering assist. And even if you don't, you might not need it. You don't hear about these breaking very often...at least I haven't.
BTW--Are you going to keep a product list for the steering assist? As well as a write up? At that price I think I might do it as well. I was talking to a guy the other day about it.

I said the same thing to my wife. Flagstaff, AZ uses cinders on the road and they work great without corrosion. It seems that someone would have thought of something smarter than salt by now...
I went to middle school and high school up there and didn't have a car. I rode my bike EVERYWHERE, so trust me, I know cinders have their downsides. But they are WAY better than salt. Skin grows back, steel doesn't...
Yessir. I will be doing a thorough write up and parts list. Before I start though, I want to do mine to make sure I'm not spreading bad information. I'll be able to do mine for about $600 it looks like, with all PSC components (except the gear box).
