Oh so frustrated. Set up the gears.... Double checked every thing, so I thought. Gotta take the rear back apart. Fine under power, but coasting is very loud. Not good.
 
on the handle their is a spring. That spring snapped. :doh: Apperantly it is something that happens alote becuse the jeep dealer keeps them in stock. :eek:

I bought my Jeep last December and I noticed the e-brake didn't seem quite right. It didn't really hold unless I pulled it up as far as it could go. I thought it just needed adjustment. When I took the Jeep in to have the axle seal replaced (yes I somehow blew one early on) I asked them to adjust the parking break. Well they had to replace it... I am wondering if this is the same issue. :crazyeyes:
