Working with a client that does the exact same thing so that when the contractor disputes he can verify who they are.
 
Why can't authors just write a damn book. A. Book. Thats it. And when you're done with that one, write another.
All this "world building" is BS. A couple here and there, ok, but too many of these people need to get back to basics.
The surest way for me to ignore a book is it to say Book 1 of 8.

Because authors like money. A series of 10 books usually generates more income than 10 unrelated novels, especially in sci-fi and fantasy.
 
Ok. Here's one:
Living in Utah these words are a staple in any conversation.
Gosh
Darn
Dang
Fetch
Frigging
Etc....
So, I'm wondering about these words, during intimate moments.
Fetch me! Fetch me harder!
OH MY GOOOOOSSSHHH!
