Likewise.Okay, I'm being totally serious here and kind of embarrassed to say but up until maybe 10 years ago, I had never heard of gluten and never knew of anyone who had an intolerance for it.

Yeah it’s definitely become a newer thing for sure and think, most people dealt with gut issues until realizing it was gluten causing.Okay, I'm being totally serious here and kind of embarrassed to say but up until maybe 10 years ago, I had never heard of gluten and never knew of anyone who had an intolerance for it.
Let’s be clear, I’ll eat the heck outta whatever. I’m a fat kid at heart. My wife has an autoimmune disease to gluten so she has been trying hard to stay away from it.
So that it’s clear, I’m not suggesting that it isn’t a real thing, just that I’d never heard of it or knew of anyone with gut issues until what seemed like recently. I was more wondering what changed.Yeah it’s definitely become a newer thing for sure and think, most people dealt with gut issues until realizing it was gluten causing.
Oh for sure. I’m sure all the crap they put in food now days plays a big part. Nothing is natural anymore. So that it’s clear, I’m not suggesting that it isn’t a real thing, just that I’d never heard of it or knew of anyone with gut issues until what seemed like recently. I blame it on the Monsanto MafiaSo that it’s clear, I’m not suggesting that it isn’t a real thing, just that I’d never heard of it or knew of anyone with gut issues until what seemed like recently. I was more wondering what changed.

I had to look it up and Celiac is part of that.Oh for sure. I’m sure all the crap they put in food now days plays a big part. Nothing is natural anymore.

Seems like just an awareness issue. They have sold gluten free bread for quite a long time now. Doctors were aware of gluten intolerance over 100 years ago.I was more wondering what changed.
Haha fixed itWait what?
^^^^ This. Not saying there’s no such thing as gluten intolerance but a lot of recent issues are due to Roundup being used to desiccate the wheat.I blame it on the Monsanto Mafia
