Going to install under the carpet?
Going to install under the carpet?
That's the plan. I haven't looked at how difficult it is to remove the carpet though so the plan could change.
Just curious how much did it cost to powder coated?Been too long since I posted in this thread. Rock Hard C Pillars are back from powder coat and ready for install. I'm going to have to pull my deck and make some minor modifications.

I would like to do this too. Not sure about cutting the tuffy security deck though. Post up when you do this please.
I can post up some good pics of where the tuffy deck hits in my thread when ever I get my jeep back. It doesnt take a lot of trimming, but some.
It's stupid easy, even jags can do it
Looks good. Just curious, do the bolts extending that far into the wheel we'll bother you? They are not in the way of anything, just more an OCD thing. Had a chance to see install in person today.
I actually think they could shred a tire if you didn't cut the long ones down.
Right now, I'm fine with the look but I get what you are saying. It's a very easy fix though. When I ditch my inner fenders I will just reverse the bolts so the head is in the fender. With a little black paint you won't even notice (even with OCD). Having the nut on the inside of the vehicle won't matter because it's hidden under the carpet. Just cut the bolt tight to the nut.
Make sense?
