Shark "Tank"

Pretty sure it's 8mm or 5/16, but I don't remember for sure. I actually had two bolts laying around in a drawer that fit.

Thanks. I'm sure I have both of those rolling around in my toolbox I can try out. Thinking about building a rack that'll mount there and tie into my security deck, or something similar to that idea.

Test fitting completed yesterday. Carpet and DC outlets arrive tomorrow. Still have to mount the boards. I lucked out, a friend stopped by with his JKU and he has a rear cargo mat. I traced it onto card board then test fitted that before I traced the wood. Your design is fantastic though. Props to you!

Unfortunately my fridge already has a problem. I cannot get the plug out. I just got the fridge Friday, too.

That just happened to me last month with my new fridge. Dealt with ARB directly. They had a bad batch of cords.

That sucks about the plug. Mine is definitely tight and I have to wiggle it to get it out slowly. I now just leave both plugs attached all of the time.

Thanks for the props on the design. I just had to think through as I was staring at the empty back end and scratching my head for the best way.

How was the repair handled? Outcome?

Luckily I don't "need" the fridge as I have a take home ride for work but still sucks...I wanted to finish up the project this week.

My 12v receptacle pulled out just like yours. I contacted ARB directly. They actually replaced the fridge with a new unit. Also had to test a couple cords to make sure the new one didn't do the same thing. According to them, it was a cord issue at the connection. Top notch customer service.
(Sorry about the hijack Sharkey)

No issues with hijacking here...this is a safe place. ;)

Awesome. I'll them up tomorrow. And thanks for "allowing" the hijack, sharkey.

As long as it isn't a "safe space"...

Been too long since I posted in this thread. Rock Hard C Pillars are back from powder coat and ready for install. I'm going to have to pull my deck and make some minor modifications.
