theres a place real close to where Im at that has tons of scrap...depending on the cuts I make for the bumper Ill try and keep some extra for you

Already beat up the gas tank skid, mainly worry about the oil pan and tranny

It's kinda funny that every skid plate on my jeep is scared up and nothing that doesn't have one is fine.knock on wood. I do think I should get some control arm plates though. They get hit a lot

nice! You'll have to mount the D-ring mounts first though so I would wait till you get those before you go too much farther..

Thanks guys, yeah need to order them tomorrow but wanted to get their offset light mount as well which was supposed to be on northride4x4s website last week so I have just been waiting. Also wasnt sure how this bumper idea would really look before I spent the money on the mounts. Deffinitly forgot how much fun my plasma cutter is to use and how fast cuts.

well nothing new really, ordered the d-ring mounts but wont have them till next tuesday so no progress on the bumper for this weekend. Did get it painted tho and looks decent. Still need to find a hitch to mount as well but need one like doesnt have nuts welded to it I think if I plan on running bolts through the bumper and the hitch.
also should really trim the pinch seams out back, but when testing flex nothing rubbed so just keep pushing it off like my c-guesset install.
Some random pics from this past weekend. Went out with my friend on a local axcess trail he goes to on sundays. A lot of people ride quads there so some of the trails would be too tight for jeeps, but it was still fun and had a decent hill climb.
