Yes that is what I was told for like the 7th time. In a full recap January turned into February then extended to March, then last week turned into this week, then yesterday turn into today, then today turned into next week, then next week turned into a unknown eta. I said fuck it I'm done playing games and dont want to give my money to a company like that.

And yes the lack of response to emails and voicemails got to be very frustrating.

Wow, I'm really sorry to hear this. It's stories like yours that got Mel at EVO to stop recommending them years ago. Great axles but there really is no excuse for service like that. For whatever it's worth, I think you'll be quite happy with your UD60's.
 
That's a bummer that it works out that way man, sorry to hear that. To bad that's the direction they've gone because they obviously still make a good product. I'm sure you'll love the UD60s and they'll be everything you wanted.

Really sorry to hear this. Dynatrac used to be a really great company. Sucks they've gone to shit. I hope you get your Dana axles asap and get to enjoy your Jeep.
 
Yeah it sucks I just wasted 13-14 weeks waiting for axles that I could have had in December, if I would have gone with the UDs out the gate. O well, it did allow me the time to get everything else straighten out, and I feel really good about the decision to switch to UDs. What cracked me up today was my 6 year old said "Did the axle guy lie again Dad?".

Sorry to hear about the axles but happy you got the Dana’s! Dynatrac has really gone down hill and the virus is not to blame for it.

This is sad but true.

It seems many companies are using Covid as an excuse got poor service, and while delays out of their control are one thing, continual lack of communication and changing stories from day to day are not excusable.

When someone is paying premium money for a premium product or service, they need to be treated well, or soon their money will head elsewhere, as well as that of many others, as news of bad service spreads like wildfire.

The owner seems to have plenty of time to go wheeling, and nothing is wrong with that, but in his absence, maybe he needs more help in the customer service end of things, or there will be less business when he returns.
 
What an unbelievable cluster fuck of an ordeal. They probably figured they'd strung you out this far and you'd just hang in there. Glad you called their bluff. Best of luck on the UD60 delivery and install. Looking forward to you getting rolling again.

So I pulled the air lines since I'm going back to E locker and I was thinking of just plugging back into the ARB harness already installed where the solenoids used to connect to. Does anyone if these are common connectors? These are the plastic T connectors that are on the solenoid that plug into the ARB harness.

That will be easy. And if you don't have the right plug, female spade terminals will plug into the switch.

So, was just told by another guy I know who put a order in for his axles 3-weeks before me just got told he has an additional 10 week MINIMUM delay. That puts him at 27 weeks.... just unreal.

Curious, did they happen to tell him why? Not making any excuses for them, but it has to be a supplier issue of some sort.
I emailed them twice today asking parts questions and got replies within a couple hours.

The robotic welders make more sitting at home than working. I think 2020 is fucking us finally, because during 2020 nothing seemed off at all

All I got was parts are on backorder. I assume its still the pumpkins and only the cool kids are getting their orders.

I'd like to say that's unreal but honestly, it's sounds pretty normal to me. Again, it's the biggest reason why Mel has been recommending Dana - you can actually get them and in a timely manner. And to be fair, there are lots of people who are willing to wait it out. I have to say, the lack of honest communication you were getting is disappointing to hear.
