I don't know Benito or virtually anyone else here. Ive read his responses and will refuse to pay an ounce of homage to his debating or critical thinking skills. His entire argument is based on the premise that no one here is "entitled" to tires, sponsorship gifts, or a spot on the JKX. For that much he is right. It seems fairly obvious that no one is debating that point. The entire group accepts the random selection criteria and the uneven distribution of potential sponsor offers. Where his argument fails is that Benito seems to lack the ability to discern between "someone having the right to do something" from "someone doing the right thing". That is a bit of common sense that most diaper ridden toddlers or even those with chromosomal disorders tend to grasp rather readily in nature. It goes on to be fairly obvious that there is an implied level of honor and integrity for a participant if this event. The group here is questioning someone's character, or lack thereof. If Benito feels the need to defend this seemingly obvious oversight of honorable human judgement, I don't think its too brash to question the integrity of the poster himself. These are the types of people I wouldn't stop to piss on if they were burning to in a fire. But thats just me.

How my opinion on this subject is relative to the whole "pond of life" is beyond me, if someone stealing tires is a world problem to you i think you need to re-evaluate your life. this is a mundane subject in comparison to the "pond of life". I believe the purveyor of kindness will be much more cautious when offering someone kindness in the future. Again how are these comparisons relative.

The main factor that you did not include above that Benito is missing is (I am making and educated assumption) this looser "opted in" to being a candidate to being selected. That alone creates responsibility on his part.

The fact that you pick MEMORIAL day to embark upon your nonsensical, mindless defense of the indefensible tells us everything about your character. It screams to the fact that you and the mindless sheeple are the systemic problem that has plagued modern society. And in no way am i defending this guy, what he did was wrong, that's that. Any person selected to go should be honorable and have integrity.

Lol. Wow, Latin...you must be educated. I have the right to hold a grudge because I have lived long enough, and worked hard enough over many years to support myself and my family, to know that integrity is not a sliding scale. Either you have it or you don't. Unfortunately in my line of work I get to see that every single day. I get to see how a person's selfish choices trickle outward far beyond the person making the choice, and I get to see how society pays the price. Hopefully someday you will have enough life experience to understand.
