Watcha cookin'?

Getting ready to smoke some of our Thanksgiving dinner. Turkey breasts and legs will be the main course. Last night I let them soak in a brine.

After rinsing I coated with lemon garlic olive oil and dusted with Creole spices. Should be about 5 hours.

At some point I’ll smoke Mac & Cheese, Green bean Casserole, stuff jalapeño peppers, cheese slices, and mashed potatoes.
