That has the nicest interior finish on a cast iron pan I’ve ever seen…Picked up a cast iron skillet and dutch oven a couple weeks ago. Nice quality - made in USA.
In the process of seasoning them both. Made a pot roast and a batch of Texas chili. I've never used a dutch oven before and
don't know how I've made it this long without one. Hands down the best roast and chili I've ever made. These things are awesome

Cold and rainy day in the PNW…roasted tomato soup & Gruyère/applewood bacon grilled sandwich…
reminds of the time a friend and I got up 4am early, took the boat out on the lake for a day of fishing... around noon we got hungry and between the 2 of us we had 4 bags of pork rinds, that's all, nothing else lol
When my wife's father was alive he used to always make chicharrones with fresh chilis from his garden… that, corn tortillas, and a cold beer.. f’n heaven.
