Not quite. Couldn’t find any good rye bread so I had to use potato.
Guinness sauerkraut, I smoked the pastrami yesterday and sliced it today. Was missing some of the homemade pickles I made but they weren’t ready.

Yeah. My family back home makes it in 100 pound batches and sends me some every year. I don’t have the crocks so I haven’t really made it out here.
You can cheat and cook down cabbage with a little bit of distilled white vinegar and some salt.
