They make it so easy. Did 42 lb pig in four hours and only have to follow the directions for replacing the charcoal every once in a while.

We're doing brunch tomorrow so I threw together 2 egg and potato bakes. 1 sausage, 1 bacon. Also made a spicy cranberry citrus cream cheese log. I'll take pictures once it's all put together tomorrow. Wife and I are alone for the evening so we're going out..haha. First time ever all presents are wrapped before 2am.

I was leaning in this direction but Brutes post convinced me to do it. It turned out fantastic. They wouldn't let me take a pic- everyone was lined up and waiting with their plates for me to carve this bad boy up!
