LOL - believe me, it was an unexpected surprise especially being that most of the menu is all burger (as in beef) fries, sandwiches and some Mexican food and all of it really good.
I think parts of Nevada like this are a refuge from people escaping bigger cities and they bring their talents with them.
Indians are entrepreneurs but typically in owning motels. I think that’s why they can be found all along the interstates and highways. I suppose the good thing is just a natural addition.(dot not feather)
I'm surprised at the number of India food places I see in unexpected fairly places when traveling from Texas to Utah.

Our first day there, the weather was simply amazing. Like it was still summer and perfect for wearing shorts in the evening.
As always, a lot of our time was spent working on the property and doing things like fence repair.
Heading up the hill to set up a new game cam.
Needed to head back to town to pick up some supplies at the hardware store but the trip was still a lot of fun.
More work to be done under the big sky.
It was a bummer that the weather had to change and with a chill in the air.
Crazy how these guys can survive out here and even through winter.

Global warming or something. It's kind of a bummer being that there's so much more I want to do.
The water comes from an artesian well and it's cold but not ice cold. It does not freeze during the winter.
It’s always hard to leave for sure.
