I am guessing he blew out a flex joint. Its a pretty easy fix.

Well blew out a joint. But also bent the arm on the rear lower at the threads.
Just the end or the whole arm? I think they sell just those ends and then you can thread them into the arms.
When did you do it? At Nelson?
I'm going to take a look at it tomorrow and see how bad. It may be time to just bite the bullet and order some new arms.

I would say maybe 180lbs total. They are light.

You know how long it takes to read throu 66 pages of build thread? I'll tell you, around 6 hours (though I admit I skimmed a lot of the pages lol).
Great build. I so wish I could find a great deal like that on a D44 for the front. Cute kid too. I'm engaged and when me and Kaity have kids I hope they're girls so I can train them in the life of Jeepin lmfao :rock:
I'm starting to build my Jeep and I'm lucking out on finding deals and free shit now so hopefully down the road my luck can continue :brows: Keep on Jeepin'!

Why would the left rear be the heaviest? :idontknow:
I don't know the height. maybe 3 1/2 inches. hoping to change over to coil overs in the near future to drop some of the height.

I still haven't installed mine, but I think 3.5" is the lowest EVO BO c/o's can go.
Looking at a couple of options.
1. Clayton long arm with Evo kings
2. Evo double down.
