Man what an epic trip that was!! Awesome wheeling and much needed relaxation! I’ve spent a bunch of time on that trail, but this was my first time all the way through!

I am so happy with how the Jeep did. Just seemed to walk through almost anything I pointed it at. Only had to pull cable once. Slid off a line in little Sluice and got very stuck. All in all great trip, Jeep drove home just as nice as it drove there.

Looking over the Jeep. Post trip inspection. A couple rubs the trail found on the Jeep. My front sway bar hits the front body mount. My passenger tire turned left at full stuff, hits the body. And both front tires hit fenders at full stuff, bot only the side with the bolt cuts the tire. Also I know I found the point of driveline bind on little sluice. So I’ll have to limit out the front.

My original plan was to run it this week, but didn’t work with my buddies schedule. But I still had plans to help on the trail this weekend. I’m definitely not complaining about it.

Another great but quick run up to the rubicon. This trip was more about the trail and some maintenance, but still did some wheeling. I only went in as far as Toyota rock. Doings trail clean up of garbage and oil. After the clean up there was a small ceremony of a new bench at the kiosk. Dedicated in honor of Mark Smith, there was three generations of smith family there for the dedication. Then we went out and had a BBQ. After we were done working we went for a swim at loon and camped there for the night.
