Super rough test fit of the hood tonight

Showed me that the part where it meets the cowl is off badly on both driver and passenger sides

Was able to just muscle the metal so that it’s at least closer

Well it was in the scratch and dent section so this is prob why lol

Plan is just for be to muscle it and do the body work to get it semi straight. Then hopefully paint next week

Crazy that it's off by that much. Pre-paint, could you weld a steel bar/rod in there to stretch it out a little?

Probably. Don’t have welding stuff at home but I’m gonna see what I can do to pull it out and get everything close. I don’t mind it being a little off but a lot off I do care about

Steve, try heating it a little and then use something like a locking load bar to stretch it. Here's a pic of a load bar.
