The build of Big Red (Knuckles)

So for the past few months now I have been trying to figure out why knuckles has been pulling right. I had him aligned multiple times at school and the idiots couldn't fix it. So today I stayed late from work and figured out the issue.

Since both of my lower arms are set to the same length I turned my attention to the upper arms. Come to find out the driver side upper arm is bent and shorter by a whole 1/4"!!! Not exactly sure how I bent it but I'm glad I figured it out. Gonna grab a stock arm from qtech tomorrow and install it this weekend.
 
Glad you found it, those little things are a pain in the ass to find. Also, check bolt holes on upper ends to ensure they're still round. Those can change the measurements also if you were measuring from bolt to bolt. Hope you get if fixed. :beer:

I actually measured from weld to weld on the arm itself. I was having trouble getting an accurate measurement going bolt to bolt
 
So the other day I noticed that it looked like my Johnny joints on my front lower arms were blown out, specifically the driver side. I called Quadratec this morning to order up a Currie 2.5” JJ rebuild kit for the arms. Qtech wanted $58 a joint for them!!! Called Currie directly and found out they have them for $16 each and would ship them out today! Got all 4 joints for the price of 1 thru qtech.

Weird. Normally qtech doesn't jack up prices like that.
