The build of Big Red (Knuckles)

ooooooooooooooooohhhh thats pretty! ;)

Is this the first step or do you have other pieces gathered up?

Are you going to get the rest of PSC kit or are you going to send your steering box out to WTO to get it tapped for hydro assist?

I am sure is getting the whole PSC set up!!!!!

I have a ported steering box that I still need to pick up from Hinrich so this is technically the second piece of the puzzle. I just need the pump, reservoir, and the lines

Haha well I mean you can do the Redneck Ram for like 1/4 of the price as the PSC kit for a JK and it does the same thing lol. I ran the Redneck Ram on my J8 and my wife's JK and have never had a problem with either of them except my wife had a hose disconnect from the ram once. She blames me saying I didn't make sure it was tight enough when I installed it lol

Heard to many of the exact opposite responses from people who ran redneck rams and then switched to psc. To many issues with the rnr from time to port the box to just getting the right length ram

That's weird, most of my buddies I've wheeled with have used Redneck Rams and haven't had issues with them, and that's from daily drivers to strictly trail rigs. One has been running it for I think 5 years on 40" stickies and never had a problem out of it. I ran mine for a little over a year and my wife has been running hers for about the same now with no issues, besides the loose clamp.

Now that I say that, she's going to wake up in the morning with a big puddle under her Jeep 😂

You'll love the ram Steve.... Finally did mine and what a difference. I went with a 4 door box which has a quicker ratio to give me a little more response on the trails.

Well nothing really new with knuckles. I did order new u joints for the front axle shafts. Also plan on having the front ds rebuilt but we will see.

In order to afford all of that tho I did buy a new (to me) car today! '01 Honda Accord with 161,xxx miles on it. Got it from a friend for dirt cheap. This will save me on gas money and wear and tear on some parts. Will also allow me to rebuild and clean up my coilovers.
