Okay, so after all that, I just need to finish painting the EVO inner fender liners, replace the rear shocks, do a little more trimming and reform the plastic on the inner rear well, relocate the rear sway bar links, install the longer front sway bar links, replace the brake lines, cut the front bumper down, and flex test...

Shit, and here I thought I was almost done. Of course, after mounting those fucking tires, the rest is cake! 🤣🤣

A couple other observations... I was right about that last tire. I got it done start to finish in just under 40 minutes. A shame I'll probably never do it again. NOT! 🤣

Secondly, after all the back and forth I did on installing wheel spacers, I'm glad I did it. The stance is great, and she feels a lot more planted going down the road. I ended up going with them because I was concerned that the extra height would throw her off balance on the rocks. Just going down the highway hitting a couple spots where the uneven road would catch the tires before, the extra 3" seems to have alleviated that issue. (That's what she said)

Finally, the vibration I was getting at about 75mph is gone. I thought it was the driveshaft, but apparently a tire was off balance.

A little more progress today... Got the rear shocks swapped out, the rear sway bar links outboarded, shaped the inside of the new fenders to fit the body better, pinch seam and parts of the rear inner fenders trimmed to stop the rubbing I was experiencing when hitting large dips at speed. Hopefully no more trimming will be needed at full stuff.

Your back shock is scratched now....

they look good, did it go fairly easily?

Lol. That was from my old brake lines which is why they needed to be replaced. 🤣

Yeah, no problems installing the lines... I'd never done it before and bleeding the brakes is definitely a two person job, so I was thankful for the help.

Bump stop should equal lift.
Yeah... The combo of the hard bump stops that I have that replaced the factory ones plus the one puck was fine before, but now with another 3/4" and the axle moved forward a bit, they're getting kinda wavy as they compress, so I think I should add a couple.

The plush rides are so soft that I was hitting the stops during normal highway driving and that gets annoying pretty quick. With the new shocks, that may not be an issue anymore.

Got to take Fiona out to put the suspension work and 37s through their paces! Still needs some trimming and work on the bump stops, but holy shit, this setup is amazing!
