Texas Barnwell Run & Campout(May 21st-22nd)

FINAL CONVOY CALL

We need to set the plan in stone so everyone planning on making the convoy from Houston/surrounding area know where they are going and when.

IIRC, after 1pm Friday was a good time for everyone to meet in Humble? lets call it 1:30pm??

I can meet up for jeeps from central/west Houston (or anyone that wants to join in) at the Houston Ikea (7810 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77024) around 12:30pm If anyone is interested. (Drop dead roll out time of 12:50 In order to meet the rest of the jeeps up in humble)

Kingwood had been tossed around a bit, there's a Lowe's right off 59. I thought it might be a good spot, to get away from the hustle and bustle of the Humble/1960 traffic.

So, I'll be leaving Steel at the campsite for the first few runs of the day and riding shotgun with someone so I can still do photography and spotting for the newbie run. Who's letting me ride shotgun? ;)

I'm coming solo from Dallas area on Saturday morning. You can ride shotgun with me if you still need a rig to hop in.

I'm down! Just want to make sure we have a game plan so everyone knows. I currently have no clue whos meeting where aside from Lowe's and when all this happens is still up in the air.

so If anyone is Coming from Central/West/Surrounding Houston and wants to Meet IN Houston; The IKEA is 40 minutes from Lowes. I can be at the Ikea 1 hr before the Lowe's Roll out, and the Drop Dead leave time would be 45 minutes before the Lowes Convoy is set to leave. PM or quote my post so I know who wants to meet up. I don't want to keep jeeps waiting for nobody. :thumb:

Also got my OHV decal in and a new Wayalife banner for the new windshield. Getting it in tomorrow and installing the new CB.

I'm going to visiting my Brother in Arlington this week and am planning on heading out there Friday afternoon. if you don't already have plans you're more than welcome to ride shotgun in my rig.

Oh nice! I used to live in north Arlington! I'm gonna ride along with Bunz-o-fun for the newbie run! But I appreciate the offer!

ALSO, If everyone could please post up what type of food or dish they are planning on/wanting to bring to share for the pot luck, that would be great so that everyone knows and we don't overlap. This would help a ton!!

Looks like we will be eating good Saturday night :) I want to extend a thank you for everyone bringing some sort of food! The party wouldn't be the same without it!

Also I want to remind everyone to get you Texas OHV decals on :) I've spoken to the park manager and they just got in a new stock of them last week!

I need to get one. Not sure if I'm going to make it though. Can SOMEONE pick up an extra and I'll bring cash? Just don't want to end up at the park entrench with no options

Worst case, we stop off at the ATV dealer in Humble on our way to Kingwood on Friday.
