Wasn't he walking in front of the car from the passenger side of it? Its not like he was by her driver window and then said hey, I know, if I stand in front and she drives I can shoot her.

If someone shoots at you and misses do you just say have a nice day or do you retreat? If a car is driving toward you with no intention of stopping do you stand there or attempt to move? I shot at a deer this year and missed and guess what, he didn't just stand there and let me take another shot.

Not sure I would see a white lady in a minivan as someone I would need to mag dump on unless I was trapped in front of the vehicle and was about to go under or over it, but I guess I'm in the minority here.

HIs expedition was parked angled across the road in front of hers with the door opened since he just moved from inside it. He walked across the front of her car. No seeing it any other way.

I'm not saying officer speed bump wasn't wrong. What I am saying is he wasn't just standing in front of the car to stand there.

It is clear you do not look for facts. Not a mini van and not a mag dump. Three shots totally normal and precise in my opinion.

Lol, well hopefully federal agents tasked with making such decisions would be operating differently. Plenty of folks in law enforcement that think none of us should be able to conceal or open carry handguns, either, so don't want them mag dumping on me just because.

No, but in this case, defending myself is just the trivial effort of stepping two feet to the right, which I can accomplish in a single step. Or simply not intentionally stepping in front of the vehicle in the first place.
