I don't understand why ICE got such a huge infusion of budget funding, but they continue to wear their own camo pajamas to work. Can we at least get them in uniforms that are up to the level of CBP's?

I was raised to respect local police and highway patrol, but I was taught to truly respect with fear Border Patrol as well as game wardens, both of which can literally ruin your life. ICE should be added to that list, but damn, they need to start dressing the part if they want that same respect.

And it keeps changing as they figure out the narrative, oh they are calling her a "poet". Spin, spin, spin even after her partner/wife stated on video:

If the way in which the current admin is implementing/enforcing policies and projecting power doesn't concern you, imagine an admin with the opposite agenda that not only follows in the same footsteps, but they expand and exceed them. This isn't about what we're doing, it's about what we're becoming.

The agent that put the bullet holes in the windscreen was in front of the car and was scrambling to get out of the way as he fired. I believe he was knocked to the ground during the altercation.

All the woman had to do to avoid getting shot was nothing. Just stay in one spot and do nothing.

I agree that the woman's situational awareness was poor, but no one was knocked to the ground or even appeared to be off-balance. The officers came from the rear left of the vehicle (driver total blind spot) and the one who did the shooting walked partially in front of it for only a couple of seconds. This is all plain as day from video footage available today.

The vehicle turned to the right as the woman attempted to escape the confrontation at a slow crawl. The street was icy, with many ice patches.

It is difficult to imagine how a vehicle could achieve any velocity from a dead stop on a wet and icy street, and in fact it barely moved.

Given that there was no active altercation, there was no reason for the gun being taken out of its holster.

The woman was stupid for being in the area, but the officer is to blame for the unnecessary shooting.
