I think this is a smart move; it now forces the issue into the courts and hopefully to the SC for a ruling on the Constitution's interpretation, that is if the rino's in the SC don't ruin it or if they decide to punt because they are too chicken shit to handle it.Maybe I’m stupid but what benefit is it of Americans to have this birthright citizenship?
