No AC in this bad boy.The two rubber black hoses are for the heater. I would assume that the plugged one would be an evap core drain if the vehicle has ac. If not, I have no idea.

Hmm. Good to know. For now I just vacuumed it out. Eventually I'll need to pull the dash and then I should have a better view.
Got the carburetor back from the shop. He replaced a few jets and, most importantly, actually explained how this thing works. Turns out what I thought was the mixture adjustment screw was a screw holding in a jet. So, when I thought I was giving it more gas, I was actually probably introducing a vacuum leak. So, cut a new gasket for the top part right now and then I'll bolt it back on. Fingers crossed!
