Man that video was nuts. They were more worried about hitting other vehicles than washing away. I would hope to hit some vehicles, maybe it stop you from washing away.

Hard to believe 200 vehicles involved and no deaths. My wife just missed it coming home from work. It's only the start for the season

That's good that nobody died and your wife made it home also. That would suck. Sucks that it's just the start of the season too. Kind of like springtime and tornados around here. Never know what the day will bring.

So I went out on a local dirt road/trail, a couple miles from where the mud slide occurred. No signs of flooding at all

Last chance has a bit more rocks on the trail than I remember. The recent rains changed it up a bit. Perfect challenge for the stock JK wheeling with us. I was a little nervous without sliders !
