first let me start by saying that over the last four years and three jeeps, I've purchased products from a number of companies such as ace, aev, arb, smittybilt, evo,skyjacker,synergy,even rough country. I am not biased and willing to give any company a chance. so don't think i have some hidden agenda. If this was the case I wouldn't have spent a dime on your products.
I was actually looking at tie rods, i saw your new one and was some what interested even though it's a copy of ruff stuffs design. So I decided to give your bump stop kit a try to test the waters on your quality. I received my bump stop kit and to my surprise I actually received a box of sporting good equipment. Please don't insult me and tell me this is some special vulcanized 90 on the duro meter hardened rubber. These are hockey pucks, with two washers and bolts. If I would have know this, I wouldn't have made the purchased. I feel ripped off because I was under the impression I was getting quality jeep parts, not sporting good equipment. Advertising sporting good equipment as quality jeep parts is not something I expected.
I had no intention to contact you or metalcloak about this ordeal, I was simply going to live with my buyers remorse and express my opinions on the experience. If you want to refund me my money and pay shipping costs, I'll be more than glad to return the sporting good equipment back to you. I will make reference of your customer support of actually tracking me down and trying to make this right."

Caught the Bug
I had the day off, went on that continental divide trail. Not the toughest trail, but the views were superb! Hit rain and fog, so missed a lot of good views
Great pictures! we sure could use some of that rain out this way!
