Miller jeep trail 5/11/13

I completely agree! That's why I bought a Jeep.

Aint that the truth! Its a Jeep thing! I GO WHERE I WANT!!

Where is the campground located near the trail? Ideally I am trying to go play on the Gormon OHV area on Friday afternoon and camp that night and hook up with you all on Sat AM.

2.5 hours is a haul, so im just trying to make a nice 2-day'er out of it!

As soon as your in Gorman there are a lot of camp grounds in there it will take you like 10 min from one end to the other so it doesn't really matter but sat morning you get out through where the McDonald's is at and go north to the next exit or just take the street from where you go into Gorman

I'm a little jealous of you guys and I miss my old stomping grounds . I used to go to Hungry valley every weekend for 2 years . I have done Millers many times and once I did it in my stock 1962 Willys wagon with a spring over and 33's . A lot of people stopped and took pics. of the old wagon that day , I wish I could find them somewhere . I actually moved up to Reno so I could spend more time on the trail and can now be wheeling in 5 minutes from my house , and can be at the Rubicon in 1.5 hours . Have a great time !

Lol I'm jealous that you live up there I wish I could live up in that area it's beautiful and love the pine tree areas your lucky

Put me down as a maybe :yup: I will be driving back from San Francisco the 10th so I will see how I feel that Saturday morning.

All you need to do is to do what I did , sell your house , quit your job , find a new house in the area you like , buy it , move in , take a year off work , wheel the snot out of your rig , then find a new job ! It's really not that hard . It's a mind set . I knew life was worth living and living in L.A. wasn't cutting it . I love to wheel and I own two Jeeps . I now wheel almost every weekend and sometimes I'll go out a little after work .Here are a couple pics. from the old days at the 4wd practice area in Gorman , the stair steps . Please post up pics of your ride if you can get any one tire up this with the other tires still on the ground .
