Was in town all day, yesterday too running errands and getting. Ew phones

Oh well. At least your wife got to spend the quality time with you. You get anything done on the Jeep? I'm sure you went over and laid your eyes on that 60 of yours. Cant wait to see the rig.

No, they were closed. Only thing I got done was marked my control arms for cutting and notching. I need to spend some quality time in the barn and get stuff ready.

Yesterday Lee came over and showed off his new Dana 60 axle. He looked underneath my rig and said.....Your drag link is backwards.....Damn I feel stupid. So today I flipped the drag link the correct way. Huge shout out to Lee for noticing my mistake. I ended up using this tool pop off the drag link from the pitman arm. Man was I frustrated. :naw:

Seat Covers and Painting the Jeep

Got my idea from 10frank9 (thank you) and bought the Costco seat covers. There not the best but $20 to save the front seats, I'm down with that. Got home to installed the seat covers and a wild hair decided to lead me to paint the front underneath the fender wells. Haven't finished just yet but its coming along.

You work that knot out of your panties yet? Let me guess, the doctor ran out of skittles for you?

It's a black leather G-string to be correct. I should go see a doctor for those red blisters on the tip..

Lee you can't just ask a man about his knots in his pants like that!!!

Washington DC Pic

Wife and I decided to head to Washington DC the other week to see some of our nations history. Man the amount of walking and the history that's in DC was amazing. Went to all the Smithsonian's and went to all the major monuments. I was disappointed about the White house on how far way it really was to view the front. The natural history museum was outstanding with a picasso to presidents chairs, and the American art museum had so many painting that it would have taken all day just to read the amount of information.

Rear switch change out

Yesterday I changed out the rear locker switch. This was super nerve racking but I was able to manage getting it all apart and putting it back together. The switch was completely bent from when the gear installation happened. When it looks like is when the guy was placing the carrier back in and out he wasnt paying attention to the silver ring and bent the hell out of the switch. The switch should move freely in and out without issue. The one I took out was completely solid and bent. I do plan on making a write up on how to change out that rear switch. Here are some pictures of the install.
