It's Time to SUPERSIZE Moby - MoTech 6.2L LS Jeep Motor Swap

I cannot wait to see Moby back in action. Seems like it has been a year since he was out on the trail.

I can't wait either. It has been a long time since Moby has been on a trail. The last trail run Moby did was on 1/20/2013. :grayno:

And the last time we had Moby at home was on 1/25/2013. That was the day we dropped him off at the dealer to have the transmission looked at.

Going on 9 months now that we have been without Moby. :tearsdrip:

But look on the bright side, when Moby is finally finished he will be much more powerfull and you'll be able to actually listen the new engine with the new MUCH quieter tires :yup:

I was thinking the same thing, Moby is going to sound really sweet after all the super sizing!:thumb:

Was that Corral Canyon? I was on Moby's last trail run. I feel like a part of history. Moby's last run before the bionic-like transformation. Get well soon Moby. We miss you!

Yes it was. :yup: Yes you were. :D It was nice that Moby and Nemo were together for that historical run. Lol

I loved seeing nemo in the defense mine video. I have always loved that jeep, mostely because it is the most beautiful color that Jeep has ever released for the Jk

 upgrade to what? He already has Truck-Lite LED's :idontknow:

I meant upgrade them to the new Trucklites. Friend of mine has the ones Moby has now (he got em for cheap) and their output is noticeably lower than the current versions (although the old ones are still an improvement over stock.)

ah, I see what you're asking. Well, I've done a side by side test and I don't know if I'd say the new ones are brighter per se, just that their beam is different - wider if anything and with a more distinct hotspot. I don't know, maybe we'll upgrade someday

I actually like the way the Moby version looks over the Rubicat version. I actually think some JW speakers would look badass on Moby, would make it look more "evil". Hope Moby gets done soon, this lack of videos is really difficult for some of us. He needs to get back into action! Hope you guys do a shakedown video. :D
