Yeah it’s pretty interesting. We know they’ve been working on manipulating. weather for a while. Not sure that’s what’s going on here but pretty much nothing would surprise me and we know the govt history. Safe and effective ETC.

White House is proud they have sent $5.1million out to 941 households. So average $5k?
