Caching up on your trip ED. Damn, it looks awesome

The chef at Big Ku was awesome...his restaurant was shut down permanently in Nawlins last year, so decided to take this gig on a flyer, and I’m glad he did. He makes his own salami, pate, pork rillets, pickles, pickled mustard seed. His gumbo might have been the best I ever tasted, and I’ve had my share in NO over the years...

Same fish, different name. Mexico and Hi. I guess I forgot where we fished! It was an epic trip. I can say that.
