Oh trust me I've seen it all. I've been driving code 3 down the left shoulder on the freeway which was stopped and was met with people who think it's ok to turn around and go opposing to get out of traffic. Then everyone starts copying one another. People go full retard in emergency situations.

Edit: Even Steve Gutenburg kept a level head and was trying to tell people to leave their keys so their cars could be moved.

Basically yes. I’ve been watching the coverage on and off the freaking reporters and reporteretts interviewing everyone they see and everyone’s bitching cause there’s no one around to tell them what to do. But really if the cops aren’t directing traffic shame on them.
