The Supreme Court decision matched what I thought the written intent of the Constitution is. There is no increased immunity. In fact the clarification might result in less apparent immunity since only "official acts" are protected.

Orange man violated NY state business law by stupidly mis-stating the purpose of payments, and the mis-statements likely made the payments tax deductible (business expenses). He deserves to get what he gets.

Biden and his family have long participated in shady practices regarding the Ukraine, with his son oddly being selected and paid $50k/month to be on an oil company board. Now he is using his presidential powers to assist Ukraine again. Biden sqirrelled away top secret documents in his garage. Even worse, he intentionally verbally passed on top secret information to reporters.

Sadly, Biden is too far gone (mentally incompetent) to be prosecuted via a jury trial, but he is still more than capable of being our next president!
