True. The reason it’s not is ignorance and greed. The average citizens’ complete and total ignorance of what it truly says/means and the greed of people who believe that by ignoring it they will receive ‘free’ stuff at the expense of someone else.

Then there are the ‘Progressives’ who want to move past the Constitution and into socialism where of course they will be part of the ruling class.
