There's a company in Florida that charges people $20k to have their jeep blow black smoke out of the exhaust. Is that where you went for your work?
Mine doesn't blow any smoke. Just eats oil. That's why I think it's rings not valves ;-)

Lol the oil eaten has to exit somewhere.

You would think. I can tell you it's going somewhere (I've only got limited ability to look) but it's not smoking out the exhaust like you would expect. I'm sure it's there it's just not smoking is all.
Black holes to alternate dimensions. You heard it here first.

Not sure what you're taking about. Was this an attempt at sarcasm? I can tell you along with anyone that was on the trek to Moab (who is not NorCal so you may actually believe) that there is no smoke. Guess I'm just hiding the true story...

Usually its the other way around, valve guides don't smoke, just uses oil and rings usually leave the blue smoke
Uh...it was a joke. I'll use the little pictures next time. :thumb:
Mine did not smoke either.
Why? I understood what you said but didn't find it funny. Oh this is another "joke".
My humblest apologies. Good luck today getting it all sorted out.
Time for LS or HEMI swap?
No need to apologize my feelings weren't hurt. Thanks I'm sure it will get sorted out. I just hope it's in my favor lol.
CrippledPetey,
Been reading the news on your Jeep as you post. Has the dealer given you any flack on the mods on your Jeep? How many miles did you have on motor?
Sorry this is happening, I also hope that it goes well for you and your rig going forward.
I'm hoping the Chrysler gods are nice to me today lol.
