Correction: "Your taxpayer funds". Biden is only the one who approved it.
 
So another massive Lithium deposit has been identified in the Salton Sea area? This will be interesting to watch play out with the Save the Planet group, yet another possible massive mining operation in their backyard. I'm sure they will ban any petroleum fueled mining equipment to compound their earth saving effort.

They’ve been trying to get rid of the salton sea for years. Taking water from it and doing nothing to it. Not surprised.

Yes, but at least the Salton Sea was already a toxic hole in the ground.
