Hey I’m looking at a 2014 Jeep wrangler unlimited sport it has 110,391 miles 6 speed manual transmission it has the 3.6 motor they are asking 19,995. This a good buy or a crappy buy

I found a 2007 jku going to go look and test drive it not this coming weekend but next. What do I need to look at or check

The only issue the guys said it has is the abs module needs replaced, and has a crack windshield

I would stay away from a 3.8 unless your plan includes a motor and trans swap.
Bigger tires lift etc it won’t get out of its own way.

Like others have said - I would highly recommend looking at 2014-2017 years first, 2012-2013 second. Chances the head issue on the 12-13 would have already happened by now There's gotta be something out there close to you in that range and you'll be the happier for it.

Hardly any power on the 3.8.

3.8 might be a better motor as far as issues but you would be quicker with a hole in the floor and your feet hitting the ground.

Okay cause the 08 I found is about 8 thousand compared to a 2014 around 10 to 14 thousand. That’s why I’m asking a lot about the difference in the motors and making sure it will be okay for camping wheeling and daily driving

3.6 for all that especially. Spend the extra money. 2012+
