That looks like a boatload of clearance to me, i would try to put the trackbar in the bracket and test to se if you have any issues with that though. This is how close my piggy back is to the trackbar bracket:

You shouldn’t have too much of an issue with 35s, the thing is definitely strong enough to hold a 40 Only issue i have had with it was that the 40 sits low even on the highest setting and if it catches a rock going down a ledge it might catch and bend upward twisting the brackets that hold...

Oh man, you will trim a lot and will continue to trim! You are on 40s now which is a whole new ball game, those 3” over 37s makes a big difference. i no longer rub on sheet metal but i still rub on the frame at full lock.

Painted cut fenders can look great, i like mine. I personally hate the way the JKs look without the front fenders, the rear looks good when you cover it up with an outlaw skin of some sort.
