Wrangler 392 reliability

I had major electrical issues on my 392 that fried my alternator and starter, everything inside the jeep glitched like crazy just like Eddie’s new video about his gladiator. Ended up being the ground strap on the frame rail behind the front passenger tire was loose. Which he actually checks in his new video about it. Once I found and fixed the stripped ground bolt and tightened it up everything was fine again.

I actually rented one when I took a trip to California. I didn’t hate it but with the reliability issues I’ve read about I’d not buy one. I would consider a hybrid but not a plug in hybrid. Having owned both I will tell you a plug in hybrid is a waste that does nothing well. Doesn’t get near the fuel mileage as a regular hybrid and in electric mode has a paltry range which diminishes in hot or cold weather.
