Not to be a Dick, but just caught something, if he and his brother own a business, why would there be an issue of missing work? Might just have my priority's wrong but I have stayed on my sail boat anchored out thru hurricanes to protect it.

Only 15 min ? Consider yourself lucky that you haven't been following since the beginning. Although it's been real interesting watching the story go from a series of unfortunate events to pretty damn hard to believe. Are these guys really so dim that this is actually true ? I guess so.

I personally would have slept in my jeep as many nights as it took until I got it out.

Looks like to me you didn't care so much about it, You left it in the same spot to get hammered on again. I would've gotten a crane to get there that day to get it out if its what it took. I hope this you're not faking. I had a RZR catch on fire and burn down due to aftermarket exhaust issues. Insurance is pretty good at getting the truth. They told me they saw a YouTube video of me burning it down on purpose. They will do everything and anything they can.

Nothing yet, they said they will send an agent between whatever day it was and this Thursday. My brother is in the Bahamas on a cruise till Monday so idk much about it till he gets back, but by then I'll be on my vaca in New Orleans lol I'll post here once I here anything

Going to experience Tale of the Cocktails for the first time, my girls Liqour rep took care of the cost of all expenses so that was really cool

Lol just really read this, we own the company jointly (3 of us) but we also put in work as well, less ppl on payroll equals more money for the company and ourselves. The thing with that weekend is that it's physically impossible to miss anytime during a major weekend in miami. That weekend being July 4th. We own an ice company and we supply to all the major clubs, restaurants, hotels, gas stations, etc etc any place that serves drinks or sells ice. We produce 42tons a day and couldn't make enough to keep up with the demand on holiday like that. Currently we have a 50ton Paktol ice machine being custom made but it's about 3 months out.

So if holiday weekends are busy for you all at work, how did he find the time to go wheeling during that weekend?

Same reason we have multiple light bars, we tend to ride late late night on weekends. After 3am. 👍 original post also states it was late night as well bud
 
The Humps indeed does have a lot of nasty/deep holes that look shallow and once you drive in em you get swallowed up. Been there, done that.
 
I read this whole thread and being new to this forum, I have some comments, from the outside looking in, the passerby, the innocent viewer without and agenda or ax to grind.

Jried's brother went through a ton of crap and then Jried himself goes through a ton of crap from armchair internet quarterbacks picking apart this and that. Trying to find "holes" in his story and stating it "doesn't add up". I find OVerlander's comments most disturbing.. and then to find out he is a moderator and arguing with Jried. Really? Very unprofessional in my opinion.

I mean COME ON!!!

Being an insurance professional, I can say this is not your typical modus operandi for insurance fraud. I investigated insurance fraud for many years and this is no where near what we would typically see for someone who was "behind on their payments".

It would make more sense to do everything we can to help a brother out. Stuff happens, things are vandalized, it sucks. But to then attack Jried for his brother's misfortune, even worse. Very petty in my opinion, as small as it may be.

If anyone needs help with the insurance claim and needs general advice, PM me at any time. I would be glad to help someone who needs help.
