I have a special decanter bottle brush. Small amount of dish soap and hot water. Coarse salt is interesting???

Wow recognize this producer from my wine book when researching and planning a food / wine trip to Spain.
Bordeaux style wines in Spain although they also make some good Tempranillos . Was thinking region would be worth a stop from Madrid to San Sebastián
