Whiskey of the Day

I have too much shit whiskey so rather than keeping it for the “bottle count” or tossing perfectly good ethanol out, I’m following Eddie and Cindy’s idea of using bad whiskey for old fashioneds. Tonight I wrapped up a kirkland barrel strength at 120 proof and now working on a true shit whiskey, John Rich’s Redneck Riviera (a gift from an uneducated lol)… just doing my part.

That’s what we do. If it’s good we drink it straight, if not it gets mixed!
 
We visited family in Tennessee which is located in the heart of Whiskey and Bourbon country. There are some great liquor stores nearby which carry items not usually found at the Virginia ABC Stores.

I bought two bottles of this.
