Awesome! I wish we could get ammo around here to spend on a range. It’s been pretty rough trying to find anything for the past year or so. Glad you got out and kicked up some dust and powder.Woke up this morning and felt the Need to get out and unwind... Got some local range & dirt time. I dont think I’ve ever hit a trail completely alone before... it was kinda relaxing.

The prices are extremely high though... There was a time when I would go once a week... 1000 rds of 9mm was $150... now iits 500 rds for $300. It sucks.Awesome! Is that really your Jeep? Off pavement?Last week we poked around the Alabama Hills. Wish we had more time but still had a great time driving and hiking for a day along one of the main roads through the area. View attachment 365637

Looks like a great time to be out in the desert! Minus the flash flood warnings lolLast week we poked around the Alabama Hills. It came down something fierce shortly there after. The next day while hiking Whitney we watched a Chinook rescue a guy that got stuck in the storm and was hyperthermic waiting on rescue.Looks like a great time to be out in the desert! Minus the flash flood warnings lol
I wish I took video or a few pictures of this. I was about half way up the switchbacks watching all this go down. We had walked past those people an hour or two prior to this and they did not look good.View attachment 365669
Huh, topical, just saw this earlier.
people that don't go prepared.... my daughter thinks I overpack but it only took once to get stuck at higher elevation and needed the food, water, blankets, coats and gloves I had "overpacked"I wish I took video or a few pictures of this. Was pretty good except for some pin stripping. Nothing real technical just deep ruts. If your in the area and want meet up let me know.I was going to explore a trail (maybe it was that one) last time I was up there... but the weather wasn’t great.
