Finally got the wife's Lil-Punkin’ back on the road with working 4WD!

Out with the old D30 housing….

In with the new (to us, thanks again Steve). Complete with new R&P, Ball Joints, and rebuilt RCV shafts.

Finally got the time to make and paint my bracket to use the ARB quick disconnect in the engine bay. It has a really easy engage/disengage feel compared to most air chucks. Tubing is high temp 5/16OD and 1/4ID pressure tubing, can hold 150psi up to 500-700*F, so not worried about it holding up in the engine bay. Bracket is a pretty rigid little piece, made from 14G or 15G stainless (scrap sheet metal my work had laying around)

What is your ARB feeding?

What size Hi Lift? Can you tai a picture of the brackets installed?

Looks great! I ended up with about 3.5" of lift and just got new arms, what length should I start at for the rear uppers?

I didn't measure the final adjustment but as Coz mentioned you need to aim the pinion right at the transfer case it, will vary in different jeeps/lifts

What size Hi Lift? Can you tai a picture of the brackets installed?

The Hi-Lift is the 48" model. I didn't take any pictures of the mounts installed. This setup is for a two door.

Had the Evo draglink flip kit installed and a proper alignment done before driving from Texas to Florida for vacay....what a difference! Jeep is much more stable at illegal speeds when keeping up with traffic :thumb:

Finally got my Ram mount set up for iPad mini. Had to do a little custom dash work but I'm pretty happy with it. I'm looking for an inexpensive back up camera that would work with iPad now
