Got the headers back from the Cerakote shop, and the guys installed Wilwood electric E brakes. I had one of those Estop brake systems which worked great until the long-arm suspension. The cables had to be so long there was too much slack for the Estop tensioner to pull enough to set the brakes. Still a very good system if anyone is considering it. We went electric because of the cable slack.
Here's some pictures of the headers.

200 mile test drive. Good time to test out the Rancho 9000s. Setting 3 with the bed empty seems to be the sweet spot.
We have a 4 door JL Rubicon and run the 9000s on 1 most of the time and go up to 5 when we are loaded down.So I don't drive this thing much. When I installed the shocks, I put the knob on setting 5. A few days later, I drove it forgetting that I had put the new shocks on it and noticed it was stiffer over rough roads and bumps. At that time I realized that it had to be the new shocks. So I moved it down to 3 and 4 for a couple of test drives to play around with it. Surprisingly, each knob setting is noticeable. I left it on 3 because it felt perfect. Driving it today for about 4-5 hours confirmed that. I can't really say that it's better than stock but it feels different. Not in a bad way, just different. I'm anxious to raise the setting the next time I put something in the bed to really test them out.
I finally go around to rekeying my half doors so I can use my OE key. With the electric locks it wasn’t really necessary, but OCD eventually got the better of me.

How do you go about doing this? Dealer?
I bought a kit online. I have enough extra pieces to do another set of doors, if you want it.
You’ll need new caps and, of course, the barrels, like this:

Finally got around to installing the EVO high clearance long arm kit on my rig. Highly recommend if you are running coilovers.
How much lift height are you running? And how many hours do you think the install took you?
