Who did you order from? I did directly from them and picked free shipping option. Took about 10 days.
Powder coating is really good and the carrier so solid and heavy. No movement at all after the install. The only two things to mention is that at least for me it had to be adjusted a bit like 1/8 may be less on the handle side the gate went up a bit so I just adjusted the hardware on the left and not the hinges as manual suggested it is pain in the ass. Second I had an issue with nutsert see the picture, the bolt just did not go as intended. So tomorrow I’ll remove the bolt drill the nutsert and place a nut inside the gate and other then that i am rally happy with the product. You’ll love it
