What was done to your rig this week?

So today I installed Rusty’s corners (opted not to install the middle plate in between the two corners and their facia with D rings. Routed the antenna cable just have to finish running it to the front and connect. I have to say Rusty’s product it top notch. I also installed their license plate bracket.
The only problem is that the led lights ( the one holding the plate on top don’t work
I made the wiring loom with a water proof connectors in case I have to take the spare tire off. There is power coming in to the light I tested it but they don’t work is there a difference which wire goes where? I did follow red and black while marking the loom. rugged ridge trail hitch got installed as well.

Incandescent lights don't typically have issues with polarity but LED's do, the diode will only work one way. It shouldn't damage the LED to hook it up backwards, just won't work... Some cheap Chinese LED's use black for the positive and red (or white) for the negative.

Switch the leads & see if that does it
 
First time running the Gladiator topless with the tube doors. Loved it. This will likely become a regular thing.

Who did you order from? I did directly from them and picked free shipping option. Took about 10 days.

Powder coating is really good and the carrier so solid and heavy. No movement at all after the install. The only two things to mention is that at least for me it had to be adjusted a bit like 1/8 may be less on the handle side the gate went up a bit so I just adjusted the hardware on the left and not the hinges as manual suggested it is pain in the ass. Second I had an issue with nutsert see the picture, the bolt just did not go as intended. So tomorrow I’ll remove the bolt drill the nutsert and place a nut inside the gate and other then that i am rally happy with the product. You’ll love it View attachment 352779
