Just finished wiring up the elements fridge in the JT… there went 1/3 of my bed space. Lol
Also, it sits basically flush with the bed rails… meaning a tonneau is out once I get this thing mounted on a slide.

Just a little regular maintenance. Changed air and cabin filters, then did an oil change

I’ve got gear oil and transmission next round. I’ve never done the transmission and I’ve got the 6 speed, so that’ll be an adventure.A little of the same here.... Engine & Gear Oil Change.

New front axle shafts, Spicer chromoly upgrades are significantly beefier than the stock 44 advanced axles and have the full circle clips. FYI if you are installing the spicer upgraded axles there is a plastic bushing in the intermediate shaft that needs to be removed, the centering pin on the upgraded axles is quite a bit larger

Replaced the master cylinder with a 2006 Viper one. (it is the same as a Durango but I don't remember which years)
I have Vanco front brakes and rear discs and the pedal never felt right. It was always mushy. So I started doing research and decided I needed a slightly bigger Bore Size. I went with the Viper one because I was having a hard time finding the bore size listed on any of the Durango ones. The one I bought has a 1.18 inch bore and is a direct bolt on to the booster. Because the reservoir is so much bigger I had to rework the lines from the prop valve but it wasn't a big job.
It made a HUGE difference. I finally have good pedal feel and it stops MUCH better.

Does this look right? Bad picture of the angle finder but as far as I can see it say's about 2 or 3 degrees.

Yea this is really discouraging. Getting a little pissed off at this whole thing. Looking around at the work that was done ( High clearance long arm install) I have already found front lower control arm bolt missing (axle side. 250 mile drive home could have gone really bad). Day before yesterday a CEL pops up P2098 catalyst fuel trim (Cat had to be modified during install). This pinion angle and being left with 1/2" of travel on rear bumps.
Well that's a bummer. Might want to make a list of all the things you're finding and take your Jeep back to the shop that worked on it. Politely let them know that you're disappointed and that you would be grateful if they could please address them in a timely manner.
