You should be able to get this fitting on there. Finally got around to installing the new spicer ball joints on the JKU. Actually a friend installed them for me. I don’t have any time anymore with a new baby, still working on my masters, and work. Glad this is finally outta the way though. Not sure how I’m ever going to grease the lower ball joints in the future.
I know you didn’t ask me but I used this stuff

Thanks, I haven't looked at that part yet. I though it was caused by breather hose since no code for several months...KwikWeld. It’s what I had available. Did you reinforce it with internal tubing? I doubt the epoxy would hold it together without reinforcing the joint.

That looks good but did you put them in backwards? The recline handle is supposed to be on the outside. My teenage boy wanted more comfort for the long road trips out west so we now have 4 bucket seats

No, but I did find out that the front and rear seat belt buckles are different sizes.Ah. Does the handle not get in the way of the seatbelt buckle?

I bought the Mastercraft seat adapter bracket. That’s sweet. What did you do for brackets?
You are the master at finding the hard to find parts on eBay.Replaced the broken TB connector.
The image is a shot of the sacrificial plug.
FYI - the $55-$70 Mopar plug is exactly the same made in china quality as the $10 eBay plug.
Only difference is the wiring, Mopar sends all purple 18AWG with heat shrink, couple of extra parts because it's a universal repair kit.
eBay is all black 20AWG, they advertise 18AWG but it's not and has to be depinned to use only the connector.
I would think for the cost Mopar would at least send original color coded wires.
I didn't want to deal with cutting the OEM wires and splicing in all same color wiring so I bought a cheap connector (thinking it would be inferior) and figured out how to depin it.
I broke it figuring it out but it was worth it to save the time and potential additional damage of the oem wiring.
if anyone needs to replace it, the part number is 68018956AC or eBay search Throttle Body 6-wire Connector Pigtail for 2008-2010 Jeep or Dodge Caravan.
I used a jumbo paper clip and filed it down to size as needed.
Lightly coat the silicon water protector with dielectric grease to make it easier to snap into place and future removal as well as aid in keeping the elements out.
sacrificial plug from eBay, purple Mopar 18AWG copper wire, black 20AWG eBay non-copper wire:

Not new, no. They work well.Have a feeling I may need to replace my battery when I get home. Stumbled across this. Is this New? First time I've seen one with the auxiliary post's. Any benefit other than cleaner looking wiring??
